HOW MUCH?

When you're a small business, every penny counts. We know because we've owned and operated a few small businesses ourselves over the years. It's tough to compete in a World where places like Walmart sell goods and services for pennies on the dollar. Large corporations often have millions of dollars to put into their web development, branding and marketing. You don't. We get it. That's why we work with each and every client on an individual basis and help create a plan that will help you enjoy the champagne on a beer budget.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Time is of the essence. Every day that you're not taking advantage of all that the Internet can do to help you grow your business is another day of lost revenue.  We can often have you up on the web in just a few short days. For more complex sites that have shopping carts and interactivity such as feedback forms, contests, database integration and more, we can have you online in 7 to 10 days. No matter what type of design you're looking for, you cannot wait another day to get your business on the web.

 

WHAT DO I NEED?

There are several things that you should have when getting ready to launch a website. One of the first questions we ask our clients is, "What is the overall objective of creating or re-designing your website" ?
 

  1. Do you want more customers?

  2. Do you need more branding?

  3. Are you looking to promote your products or services to a specific audience on the web?

  4. Do you have a color scheme in mind?

  5. Do you already have a logo?

  6. Do you have a retail location or is your business strictly online?

  7. Do you already have social media pages in place?

 

These are just a few of the many questions to consider when getting ready to build or re-design an existing website. The good thing is, we've been down this road many times before so we know how to guide you through the process.

 

WILL YOU MAKE CHANGES AND DO EDITS FOR ME?

While we make every effort to train our clients how to edit their websites themselves, some people just don't have the time or they're somewhat intimidated by the process. That's OK. We'd be more than happy to set up a small monthly maintenance program that won't break your budget but will keep your website and social media pages updated.

 

CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY IF I WANT TO?

Sure. We don't require long term contracts and the sites that we build are owned by our customers, not us. So if for any reason you're unsatisified, you can drop us like a hot potato and pick up whomever you like.

 

We know for a fact that if you choose to have us help you design and build your website, you won't find a better, more personalized service for the cost anywhere. Unless of course it's your Uncle Billy Bob who just decided to get into the web design business and is now poised to take over the Internet.

 

ARE THERE ANY CONTRACTS?

Other than your initial design and development agreement there are no long term contracts. If you want us to manage your website and social media pages we'll do so on a month-to-month basis so you're not locked into anything.
